As part of your registration we will need you to provide us with some key information. These details confirm you're currently operating in the auto repair or claims management industry.
- Full company name as registered with Companies House
- Your Company Number
- Your VAT Number
- The primary contact name you’ve chosen (usually someone with seniority)
- Your primary contact’s email address
- The business’s full address
- Type of organisation you operate (bodyshop, insurer, etc.)
- Your current management system (bodyshops only)
Once you send us this information, we can process your application

The only document you'll need to review as a bodyshop is the CAPS® End User Agreement. There are no licensing fees for this business type, and you can register online using the Get Connected button below. By registering for the service, you automatically agree to the contents of this document and its provisions.
